Liked great breakfast, a nice size and warm room.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met the purpose. We had a large bedroom. Everything was very good and the staff was especially helpful and very friendly.

Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to visit.

Pleasant, absolutely fantastic hotel with superfriendly people and magnificent location remedied by calling a taxi. Warm suite, nice beds. Magnificent mountain view and delicious breakfast. Excellent services, free Wi-Fi. Nice pool to relax in too. An ENJOYABLE way to end my new year.

The location is fantastic and really convenient for getting around. You can easily walk to all the nearby spots. the meals are also amazing! 🍽️.

The breakfast included homemade spreads and salads, the staff was excellent, the place was perfectly clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious with a fridge, central heating, and TV.

The standard king room was well-equipped with a refrigerator, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. the location was exceptionally nice, situated just 200 metres from the metro, making it very convenient for travel.

We had an early start for our trail running activities and couldn't make it to the regular breakfast, but the team at Grainauer Hof went above and beyond by providing a to-go breakfast that was delivered to our room the day before. It was a proper and delicious breakfast that kept us fueled during the morning. the location had a relaxed vibe and the complementary area bus conveniently stopped right in front of the hotel. the bathroom was clean and the air felt fresh.

There was no 24-hour reception open, they left the key somewhere else. since we only stayed for sleeping, we can't comment much on that.

I always return to this hotel. They help with evening plans. It has Wi-Fi, car park, pool, sauna, TV. Great for hiking, cycling, skiing. Sun loungers, cots. No pets or smoking. Perfect for me. Coming back for New Year. No regrets.

The sauna and pool were a great way to relax and unwind. The mountain view from our room was amazing, it really added to the overall experience. The hotel's location near a bus stop and grocery shops was very convenient for us.

The lack of air conditioning made for a warm stay during the summer months and the noise from the fridge in my room was a bit of a nuisance. the limited parking availability made it difficult to find a spot for my rental car.
